Refund policy

You can ask for a return within 15 days of receiving the order, under each store’s conditions. The piece must be unused, in its original packing, with its accessories. Damaged or wrong pieces: tell us within 24 hours. Some hygiene items cannot come back. After approval, the refund follows the original payment method. Shipping may not be refunded unless the store or TENDZD caused the problem.
